The Dialogue was organized by Asia Pacific Pathways to Progress and Griffith Asia Institute, with the support of Office of the Cabinet Secretary, Australian Embassy and Astoria Plaza.
Cpt. Tingson is the Data Protection Officer of the Presidential Security Group and heads the Technical Surveillance Countermeasures and Electronic Countermeasures Teams. He also serves as a Cyber Security Consultant for the National Security Council.
