The Asia Pacific Pathways to Progress Foundation, Inc. together with the University of the Philippines Asian Center will be holding a symposium with the theme “In Search of a China Strategy: Unpacking the bilateral and regional dynamics of Philippines-China relations.” The symposium will cover the different aspects of relations, set against the backdrop of both domestic priorities in Beijing and Manila as well as broader international economic and security trends. It is scheduled on the 17th (whole day) and 18th (morning only) of August at the GT-Toyota Asian Cultural Center, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.
Registration Guidelines

2. Pay the registration fee. Registration has a subsidized fee of Php 400.00 for one day or Php 800.00 for two days. The registration fee will cover the food and symposium kit which includes the program, copy of abstracts, and CVs of the presentors. Current students and faculty of University of the Philippines are free of charge.
You may also register and pay at the APPFI office located at Unit 604 Jade Place Visayas Avenue Vasra, Quezon City or at Room 105A (c/o Louise) in the Hall of Wisdom, GT-Toyota Asian Cultural Center, University of the Philippines Magsaysay St. cor. Katipunan Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.
3. Please send a scanned or clear copy of the deposit slip to the email indicated above. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful completion of the registration process.
4. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on seat availability. Slots for the symposium are limited and are granted on a first come first served basis. Early registration is highly recommended. Walk-in participants will not be guaranteed entry.
