^{Mr. Reinoso is the Assistant Director for Investments of the National Economic Development Authority since 2002.  Prior to this, he served as an Undersecretary of the Department Of Transportation and Communications from 2010 – 2011 and Vice President of the Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation from 2014 -2015. Mr. Reinoso is a licensed civil engineer and is a founding member  of the Transportation Science Society of the Philippines and the Philippine Water Partnerships. Last 2015, he was awarded the Most Outstanding UP Alumni Engineer in Government Service.}
